These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop KillerAni at killerani.shop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

A contract is concluded as soon as you complete the order process and receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases.

4. Prices and Payment

All stated prices are final prices.

The following payment methods are available – depending on availability – at checkout: Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card as well as other payment methods displayed during the order process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during the order process. Delivery times depend on the respective destination country and are stated in our shipping information.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping service providers, customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy or return policy.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German and European law apply. If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and in cases of mandatory statutory liability.

In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage, unless damages to life, body, or health are concerned.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations dictate otherwise.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these GTC.
